Attendance

Overview​

Attendance in Edvronix is managed through the standard Frappe Education module. Edvronix adds a Present Today number card to the analytics dashboard and a workspace quick-action shortcut for fast access.

Marking Attendance​

Student Attendance Tool​

The fastest way to mark attendance for a full class:

  1. Go to Education → Tools → Student Attendance Tool
  2. Select Course, Student Group, and Date
  3. Mark each student as Present or Absent
  4. Click Mark Attendance

Individual Student Attendance​

To mark or view attendance for a single student:

  1. Open the student's profile
  2. Go to the Attendance section
  3. Create a Student Attendance record for the date

Workspace Quick Action​

From the Edvronix Workspace, click the Attendance shortcut to open the Student Attendance Tool directly.

Present Today Dashboard Card​

The Present Today live number card on the Edvronix dashboard shows the count of students marked present on the current date. This pulls from submitted Student Attendance records for today.

Viewing Attendance Records​

  • By student: Open a student record → scroll to related Student Attendance records
  • By date/class: Go to Education → Student Attendance and filter by group and date range

Attendance Reports​

The standard Education module reports cover attendance analytics. Filter by student group, date range, and individual student to produce summaries for management review.
