Fee Reports
Edvronix includes 8 fee-related script reports accessible from Edvronix App → Reports.
Monthly Outstanding / Dues Report
The most-used report for fee follow-up. Shows per-student fee status for any given month with arrears, current dues, and defaulter flags.
Key columns: Student Name, Program, Guardian, Invoice Amount, Amount Paid, Outstanding, Arrears, Total Due
Use case: Pull this at the start of each month to identify who hasn't paid. Export to Excel and share with the accounts team.
School Fee Summary
A high-level summary of fee collection across the school — total invoiced, total collected, and total outstanding — grouped by program or class.
Use case: Monthly management report for the principal and finance manager.
Student Fee Collection Report
Detailed per-student fee collection history over a date range. Shows each invoice, payment, and outstanding balance for every student.
Use case: Audit trail and parent-facing fee history.
Fee Voucher in Bulk with Bank
Generates printable fee vouchers for multiple students at once, with bank details on each slip. Supports parent-wise and bank-wise grouping.
Use case: Print all vouchers for a class or program at the start of the month and distribute to students.

Sales Invoice Item Report
Breaks down Sales Invoice line items across all invoices in a date range. Useful for seeing how much was collected per fee type (Tuition vs Transport vs Hostel).
Use case: Fee type analysis, reconciling against bank deposits by category.
Student Advance Payments
Lists all payments received that have not yet been reconciled against an invoice — i.e., advance payments or overpayments held as credit.
Use case: Month-end reconciliation. Identify parents whose credit should be applied to next month's invoice.
Journal Entry Report
Shows all journal entries related to fee collection in a date range. Useful for the accountant to reconcile the general ledger against fee records.
One Click Report
A quick combined snapshot — total students, fee collected, outstanding, and key metrics — in a single view. Designed for a fast daily check without building custom filters.
Use case: Morning briefing for the school administrator or principal.
