Student & Admission Reports
Edvronix includes 6 student, admission, and guardian reports accessible from Edvronix App → Reports.
Student Strength Report
Shows current enrollment counts across the school, broken down by program, gender, or category.
Key columns: Program, Male Count, Female Count, Total Students
Use case:
- Capacity planning — which programs are near capacity
- Government / board submissions requiring enrollment figures
- Quick check after new admissions or graduations
Student Stuck-Off Report
Lists students whose enrollment has been inactive for longer than expected — students who may have left without going through the formal withdrawal or graduation process.
Use case: Data hygiene audit. Identify students to either formally graduate, withdraw, or reactivate.
Graduated Students Report
A historical record of all students who have been formally graduated through the Edvronix graduation workflow.
Key columns: Student Name, Program, Certificate Number, Graduation Date
Use case:
- Alumni records and certificate tracking
- Verifying graduation certificate numbers against physical records
Admission Summary Report
Shows admission activity over a date range — how many applications were received, how many were admitted, and how many were rejected.
Key columns: Period, Applications Received, Admitted, Rejected, Admission Rate
Use case: End-of-admission-cycle review for the principal. Understand conversion rates and capacity utilisation.

Guardian with Child Details Report
Each guardian alongside their children's program, fee, and enrollment status. See Guardian Reports for full details.

Beyond individual reports, the Edvronix Dashboard provides live number cards and charts:
