Guardian Reports

Edvronix includes two dedicated script reports for guardian data, useful for communication, fee follow-up, and record audits.

Guardian Contact Details Report​

Generates a list of all guardians with their contact information.

Use cases:

  • Export phone numbers for SMS campaigns or parent day invitations
  • Verify contact details are complete for all students
  • Share with administrative staff for direct communication

To run:

  1. Go to Edvronix App → Reports → Guardian Contact Details
  2. Apply optional filters (program, class, gender)
  3. Click Run

Columns:

  • Guardian Name
  • Student Name(s)
  • Program(s)
  • Mobile Number
  • Email
  • CNIC No

Export to Excel for mail merge or bulk SMS tools.

Guardian with Child Details Report​

Shows each guardian alongside their linked children's full details — program, fee category, tuition fee, and enrollment status.

Use cases:

  • Identify families with multiple enrolled children (for sibling policies)
  • Cross-check guardian-student links during data audits
  • Fee follow-up with parent and child context in one view

To run:

  1. Go to Edvronix App → Reports → Guardian with Child Details Report
  2. Apply filters as needed
  3. Click Run

Columns:

  • Guardian Name, CNIC, Mobile
  • Child Name, Student ID
  • Program, Category
  • Tuition Fee, Monthly Total Fee
  • Enrollment Status

Registered Guardians Dashboard Card​

The Registered Guardians number card on the Edvronix dashboard shows the total count of Guardian records in the system. This gives a quick check on data completeness — if the guardian count is significantly lower than the student count, some students may be missing guardian links.
