Initial Setup
After installation, go to Edvronix App → Edvronix Settings to configure your school. All Edvronix features read from this single doctype — no code changes are ever needed.
School Information

Bank Details
These fields appear on the Fee Voucher print format so parents know where to deposit fees.

Cost Center Settings
Edvronix automatically assigns a cost center on every Sales Invoice based on the student's gender. Configure the two cost centers here.

These must match existing Cost Centers in your ERPNext chart of accounts.
Late Fee Policy
Configure the penalty text and amounts charged when fees are paid late.

| Late Fee After 10th | Amount added if fee is paid after the 10th of the month |
| Late Fee After 20th | Amount added if fee is paid after the 20th of the month |
| Late Fee Text | Message displayed on the fee voucher about the late fee policy |
Item Abbreviations
Map full fee item names to short labels used in bulk voucher printing, where space is limited.
Example: "Monthly Tuition Fee" → "TF"
Add rows in the Item Abbreviations child table — one row per fee item.
Terms & Conditions Templates
Create reusable T&C blocks that appear on fee vouchers. You can create separate templates per fee type.
